(You can also check up on my predictions from before the fighting started.) UFC On Versus - Results Jon Jones had a career-making performance at the UFC's debut on the versus channel. In order to make the swelling subside, poor Brandon Vera will have to dump his precious ice cream on his cheek. Elsewhere, Junior Dos Santos produced another vicious knock out of a top 10 heavyweight. This time, Gabe Gonzaga was the victim. UFC 110 - Results At UFC 110, The Cain Train continued its roll through the heavyweight division. Minotauro Nogueira suffered his worst defeat ever. Also, a newly-sculpted Wanderlei Silva defeated Michael Bisping. UFC 109 - Results At UFC 109, Randy Couture proved that 40 is the new 20...seriously. Of course, that rule only applies to him. Mark Coleman looks to be on the way out of the UFC. Elsewhere, Chael Sonnen made a darn good case for being the #1 contender in the middleweight division. Despite having heart, Nate Marquardt put on his worst UFC performance to date. UFC Fight Night 20 - Results At UFC Fight Night 20, Gray Maynard got a hard fought win over Nate Diaz. The decision could have gone either way. Elsewhere, Evan Dunham walked away with a win - and Efrain Escudero's arm. UFC 108 - Results At UFC 108, Rashad Evans and Thiago Silva had a fairly entertaining battle. Evans wound up with the decision victory. In the co-main event, Paul Daley got up a big win over another helpless welterweight fighter in Dustin Hazelett. UFC 107 - Results At UFC 107, BJ Penn got a big win over Diego Sanchez. He even made it to the fifth round without gassing. Also, Frank Mir made a case to be the one to dethrone the hospitalized heavyweight champion. Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale - Results At the Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale, Roy Nelson earned a six-figure combo meal with the UFC. Also, Kimbo Slice and Houston Alexander went to a decision. Houston spent 15 minutes in retreat mode, thus Kimbo got the win. UFC 106 - Results At UFC 106, Forrest Griffin proved he can fight through adversity. So did Tito Ortiz, as he persevered through a crippling skull injury. How he made it into the octagon that night, we'll never know. Elsewhere, Josh Koscheck made his case for being the number one contender in the welterweight division by defeating Anthony Johnson. UFC 105 - Results At UFC 105, Randy Couture put in a lot of hard work to get a decision victory over Brandon Vera. Dan Hardy surprised a lot of people by defeating Mike Swick. Michael Bisping surprised nobody by winning in the UK, once again. UFC 104 - Results Lyoto Machida fought hard to retain his title. Mauricio "Shogun" Rua did the best he could to win the belt. Despite what some people want, the Machida Era WILL continue. Also, Cain Velasquez was disappointed in his utter thrashing of Ben Rothwell. Some people are never happy. UFC 103 - Results At UFC 103, former teacher Rich Franklin walked way with a "F" on his report card. Vitor Belfort, on the other hand, passed his test with flying colors. In the future, we'll look for him to take his final exam against Anderson Silva. UFC Fight Night 19 - Results At UFC Fight Night 19, Nate Diaz finally found someone to fight him. In fact, Melvin Guillard dove head-first into Nate's open arms. It made for a very technically sound guillotine. UFC 102 - Results At UFC 102, Minotauro Nogueira had a successful comeback fight against Randy Couture. Both of the battle-hardened veterans looked impressive. Also, poor Keith Jardine got knocked out...again. Thiago Silva was pleased to be the one to administer said knockout. UFC 101: Declaration - Results At UFC 101, BJ Penn made a successful return to the lightweight division. Hopefully, he'll continue to fight there on a regular basis. Elsewhere, Anderson Silva cemented his status as the best pound-for-pound MMA fighter. Forrest Griffin on the other hand, had a very disappointing night. UFC 100: Lesnar's Revenge - Results At UFC 100, Brock Lesnar put his size to good use against an over-matched Frank Mir. GSP put on another display of technique in his win over Thiago Alves. Also, Michael Bisping suffered his first knockout at the hands of Dan Henderson. The Ultimate Fighter 9 Finale - Results At the Ultimate Fighter 9 Finale, Diego Sanchez and Clay Guida had an exciting three round fight. Diego emerged with a close decision victory. Elsewhere, team UK members Ross Pearson and James Wilks are the new Ultimate Fighters. UFC 99: The Comeback - Results At UFC 99, Rich Franklin and Wanderlei Silva engaged in a fight of the year candidate. Elsewhere, Cain Velasquez proved that Cheick Kongo has serious problems with his takedown defense. UFC 98: Machida vs. Evans - Results Lyoto Machida continued his winning ways with a thunderous KO of Rashad Evans. Also, Matt Hughes edged out a victory over long time rival Matt Serra. UFC 97: Redemption - Results Anderson Silva earned a methodical decision victory over Thales Leites. Elsewhere, Shogun got the redemption he was seeking over Chuck Liddell. FN 18: Condit vs. Kampmann - Results Martin Kampmann gets a tough decision victory over Carlos Condit. Elsewhere, Junie Browning gets his comeuppance courtesy of Cole Miller. UFC 96: Jackson vs. Jardine - Results Quinton Jackson by decision. He earns his title shot, or does he? And Shane Carwin knocks out Gabriel Gonzaga. UFC 95: Stevenson vs. Sanchez - Results At UFC 95, Diego Sanchez successfully debuts at 155 in a decision victory over Joe Stevenson. Every other fight finished early – it's hard to ask for better fight results! FN 17: Lauzon vs. Stephens - Results On February 7, Lauzon arm-bars Stephens. Cain Velasquez, Josh Neer and Anthony Johnson also get wins. UFC 94: St Pierre vs. Penn - Results BJ Penn is forced to quit after four rounds of punishment at the hands of Georges St Pierre. And Lyoto Machida finishes a fight by knockout! Affliction 2: Day of Reckoning - Results Fedor keeps the WAMMA Heavyweight title with a perfect knockout, Josh Barnett wins as expected and Matt Lindland loses some time. UFC 93: Henderson vs. Franklin - Results Dan Henderson wins and becomes the next TUF coach with Michael Bisping. Rich Franklin gets to stay at 205 and keep fighting. Mauricio “Shogun” Rua looked as exhausted as his geriatric opponent Mark “The Hammer” Coleman. UFC 92: Griffin vs. Evans - Results Forrest Griffin and Minotauro Nogueira both lose their titles in a stacked and exciting night of finishes. The nice guys certainly finished last tonight, with Wanderlei Silva also knocked out. The Ultimate Fighter 8 Finale - Results Ryan Bader, the one-dimensional wrestler, knocks out Vinny to become this season’s Ultimate Fighter for light heavyweight. And Efrain Escudero outwrestles Phillipe Nover to take the lightweight spot. UFC Fight For The Troops - Results Emotions were running high at this UFC Fight Night of exciting fights and great finishes. Josh Koscheck, Mike Swick and Steve Cantwell all finished strong. UFC 91: Couture vs. Lesnar - Results Brock Lesnar delivers a “lunch box-sized” fist to become the new UFC heavyweight champion! Elsewhere, Kenny Florian submits Joe Stevenson on a card full of finishes. UFC 90: Silva vs. Cote - Results Anderson Silva continues his reign of dominance but not the way everyone expected. Plus, in the mother of all surprises, Sean Sherk is involved in an exciting brawl! UFC 89: Bisping vs. Leben - Results Michael Bisping danced around a very game Chris Leben to win a unanimous decision victory. Also, Keith Jardine picked up a much needed win with his split decision over Brandon Vera. UFC Results - Fight Night: Diaz vs. Neer - Results While short on star power, the Sept 17 show managed to be very entertaining. The fight results: Both Clay Guida and Nate Diaz made progress in climbing up the lightweight ladder. UFC 88: Breakthrough - Results The fight results: Rashad Evans pulls a “Chuck Liddell” on Chuck Liddell. Dan Henderson and Rich Franklin also dominate to prove themselves not quite just ‘of the past’. UFC 87: Seek & Destroy - Fight Results Lesnar proved he can actually figure out this mixed martial arts stuff and GSP kept his title at last. What more could we ask for?
