James "Bisping" McSweeney Defeats Darrill Schoonover

It was good to see James McSweeney humbled by Roy Nelson in the semifinals. Like his fellow UK hotshot, James was in need of a loss. He had to see what it was like to face someone with real talent.

So, he was probably relieved to return to doing what he does best – beating up on inexperienced fat people.

You gotta feel bad for Darrill Schoonover. The guy had to put up with so much crap from Rampage. Quinton Jackson can break the law, mock an entire section of the population (those with less than an ideal figure) and come and go from the company as he pleases.

It’s surprising Dana didn’t ex-communicate Darrill for getting on Rampage’s bad side.

Instead, the man called Titties got a shot at redemption on the finale. Unfortunately, he has a lot more heart than he has talent. Not all men can fight like Roy Nelson with that kind of physique. In time, Darrill might be able to return to the big leagues.

As for McSweeney, the guy has the same kind of promise that Bisping had after his season of the reality show. They both love to mix it up on the feet. James’s flying knee reminded me of the one Bisping got on Ross Pointon. It’s that killer instinct that Dana loves to see.

And those Brits, well, they don’t have much of a ground game. That’s okay; it’s all part of their plan to be underestimated by those foolish Americans.
